From pregnancy to giving birth to a baby for nearly two years, I seldom take pictures and rarely send pictures, because I am too fat to have confidence in taking pictures.

I once sent a WeChat circle of friends, which truly recorded my mentality at that time.

June 20 17, took the children back to their hometown. 20 1 10 June, I began to plan to do two things: first, lose weight. The goal is to reduce from 138 kg to 120 kg, and the ideal goal is 165438+. The second is to test the driver's license. Then I started a fitness program.

Remember, my coach told me, what is your goal? I weakly replied, "First restore to 120. If it can be 1 10, it is perfect for me. " Then she said, "As long as you work hard, 120 is totally fine. 1 10 will take some time, don't worry. "

For the next three months or so, my daily life is to take care of the baby, exercise and learn to drive. I spend five days a week in the gym, at least two hours and at most four hours. Basically, I only have a short break and have been practicing.

Every day, my training is basically: first warm up on the elliptical machine for 20 minutes, then an hour of strength training, and finally run on the treadmill for 40 minutes, so two hours passed. This is an essential exercise every day. I often add 1 ~ 2 hours to this kind of exercise, and sometimes I go to a spinning class, yoga class, boxing class, etc. Finally, I stretch 10 minutes, then take a shower and go home.

I have been practicing this for nearly three months. In the first month, I didn't see any effect. I work hard every day, but I feel neither thin nor fat. I felt very confident at that time. The only thing I can do is to stick to it. One day a month later, I suddenly started to lose weight, losing an average of 2 pounds in three or four days, and then I kept losing it.

Yes, this process is too exciting and difficult. I practiced crying several times, but I really cried. I am very sad and wronged. I cried for a while, dried my tears and began to practice again. I was exhausted at that time.

There was a time when I was very afraid to go to the gym and often had classes the next day. I began to feel anxious the night before. I am so tired that I want to give up. I'm so tired. However, a voice in my heart has been whipping me. I must lose weight, be beautiful and overcome myself. Yes, I often decide to skip class tomorrow the night before, and then go to the gym with my bag on my back the next day.

After a month and a half, I reduced it to 128 kg, and successfully reduced 10 kg of meat.

You must ask me if I should control my diet. My answer is: "I must control it, but it is not as terrible as everyone thinks." I must control my diet. In the past, I could eat three bowls of rice every meal. Since then, I can only eat one bowl of rice per meal. At first, I didn't want to eat a bowl of rice. Later, I got used to a bowl of rice, and I was flustered after eating two bowls. Also, don't eat pork, you can use beef or fish instead. Don't eat all sweets, such as sugar cane, longan and oranges. Apples can be eaten as long as they are especially sweet. The following is a heat meter given to me by the coach. Every time I look at the food on it, don't eat anything high in calories.

That time, I rewarded myself for going out to play and bought a new suit to encourage myself to continue my efforts. It's important to reward yourself, especially to buy clothes. I am very happy to see that I can wear beautiful clothes, and I am more determined to lose weight.

Later, we continued to exercise, and I think the hardest part is ahead. At that time, there was no hope. When I saw that there was hope behind me, I would work harder. After two and a half months, I successfully lost weight to 1 18 kg, and I lost weight 10 kg, which is close to my ideal goal 1 10 kg.

After the New Year, I returned to Beijing. Back in Beijing, I reported to the gym and continued to work out. At this time, I am 1 10 kg.
