Power polarity
Users provide power, DC 12-24DC, and the current is ≥ 100mA. If the current polarity is reversed, the driver will not work.
shielded cable
When using shielded cable, the wire diameter should be ≥0. 12mm(AWG24-26), and the shielding layer should be grounded.
chain
The cable length should be as short as possible, the control cable X 1 should not exceed 3m, and the feedback signal X2 should not exceed 20m.
Three-phase isolation transformer
It is suggested to use three-phase isolation transformer for power supply to reduce the possibility of electric shock; You can consider adding a power filter to improve the anti-interference ability.
Flywheel diode
If the load is an inductive load such as relay, the freewheeling diode must be connected in anti-parallel at both ends of the load; If the freewheeling diode is reversed, the driver may be damaged.
circuit breaker
Please try to install NFB circuit breakers so as to cut off the external power supply in time when the driver fails.
Single-ended drive mode
Using single-ended drive mode will reduce the frequency. The driving current of the pulse input circuit is 10- 15mA, and the maximum voltage of the external power supply is limited below 25 V. Empirical data show that Vcc=24V, r =1.8 ~ 2.2kΩ (0.25w). Vcc= 12V,R = 1 ~ 1.2kω(0.25 w)。
