On June 27th, 2005,165438+1October 27th, classical bodybuilding was officially established as a sport at the meeting of the Standing Committee of IFBB (World Bodybuilding Federation) in Shanghai, China.
Men's classical bodybuilding is at the request of fans all over the world. They want to see bodybuilders who are pleasing to the eye and full of beauty, not muscle giants.
First of all, the requirements of the competition outline
1, racing pants must be one color, opaque, clean and decent. The specific color, material and style are decided by the athletes themselves. However, the back of the trousers should cover at least three quarters of the buttocks, and the front two sides should be at least 1 cm wide. Fill should not be used anywhere.
2. Except wedding rings, athletes are not allowed to wear socks, glasses, watches, bracelets, pendants, necklaces, earrings, wigs and other accessories. In addition, athletes are not allowed to use props in any part of the competition.
Second, the competition requirements for coatings
It is forbidden to use any paint that can be wiped off by hand. If athletes are caught using this paint, they will not be allowed to compete on the stage. Glossy metallic pearl powder or golden yellow substance should not be applied to any part of the body, but athletes can use baby oil or moisturizing cream appropriately.
Third, the competition group
1, the adult group of men's classical bodybuilding is divided into five levels:
168cm or less: maximum weight (kg)= height (cm)- 100+(0)kg.
Under 17 1cm (inclusive): maximum weight (kg)= height (cm)- 100+(2)kg.
Under 175cm (inclusive): maximum weight (kg)= height (cm)- 100+(4)kg.
Under 180cm (inclusive): maximum weight (kg)= height (cm)- 100+(6)kg.
180cm or more: maximum weight (kg)= height (cm)- 100+(8)kg.
note:
For athletes whose height is less than 198cm, the weight calculation formula is as follows:
Maximum weight (kg) = height (cm)-100+(9) kg.
For athletes whose height exceeds 198cm, the weight calculation formula is as follows:
Maximum weight (kg) = height (cm)-100+( 10) kg.
Athletes of the above two heights will participate in the competition above 180cm.
