What's the difference between people who exercise until they are exhausted and those who choose to be lazy?
After all kinds of tempering in life, we have already learned how to deal with it. For all kinds of difficult things, after brain processing, we will choose different levels of care, and in most cases, our brain is slack, which is commonly known as laziness.

If you devote yourself wholeheartedly, it is obviously unnecessary to spend too much time on some unimportant things, so this choice of the brain is inevitable. What we have to do is to keep this choice as correct as possible.

What I want to say about fitness is that the brain may make a mistake in this choice, that is, choose to be lazy in the process of fitness, and then the result will affect the effect of fitness, even in some dangerous movements, because of inattention and injury.

At the other extreme, you are exhausted every time. Maybe you pay too much attention to fitness training, or you want to change yourself quickly and let yourself do your best to complete the action in training until your muscles can no longer complete the action.

So, what's the difference between people who are exhausted every time they exercise and those who choose to be lazy? Of course, the results of these two situations are different at both ends of a line. Predictably, laziness is obviously a way to reduce efficiency, but can exhaustion bring better training results?

Sometimes muscles really need extreme stimulation to increase muscle mass, but this situation is only a few. For example, there is no breakthrough in long-term training, but recently I feel full of strength, so I can try exhaustive strength training.

Whether it is daily training or breakthrough training content, if you are lazy, your muscles will not be stimulated enough, and you may even mistakenly think that you have completed enough training. If you eat too much in your diet, even your fat content will rise.

Then if you choose a person who practices to exhaustion every time, the probability of muscle injury will greatly increase. If the injury accumulates over time, your physical condition will be greatly affected. Therefore, it is not recommended to use this method often. If you are injured, the previous training will be meaningless.

If you choose to be lazy in training, it is nothing more than doing less movements. Although a poor training effect will not be bad, dozens or hundreds of poor training will have a greater impact on the body, and you will lose confidence if you don't see your own changes.

Therefore, the difference between these two kinds of muscles is mainly reflected in: exhausted people have greater muscle strength, because muscle fibers will be strengthened through repeated exhaustive training, while those who choose to be lazy are not excellent in all aspects, but their muscle potential has not been developed and has high potential to be tapped.

If lazy people can find their own problems and pay attention to the quality of training in the future, they will definitely improve greatly, while tired people should pay more attention to muscle recovery and arrange training load reasonably in the future.
