What I feel most about learning aerobics is that I can relax after a boring study life. Every time I take aerobics class, no matter how tired I am, I feel very comfortable. At the same time, I feel very comfortable and my learning efficiency will be greatly improved in the future. It's really "killing two birds with one stone".
In the process of learning aerobics, I will also learn a lot. I will encounter many difficulties in the process of learning, and sometimes I will learn some difficult movements. Because my body's coordination ability and flexibility are not high, I have to keep practicing. Sometimes I want to have a rest when I am tired, but when I see that other teammates are still practicing hard, I am pushed by a force to continue practicing. Even some students sprained their feet and insisted on attending classes. This is because of her love for aerobics and her self-improvement psychology of not being left behind by others.
Aerobics also cultivated my team spirit. Every time we do group gymnastics, everyone is United, helping each other, giving full play to their strengths, learning from each other's good aspects and making up for their own shortcomings.
Aerobics also gave me a deeper understanding of dance. Every time you listen to music, your understanding of music will be improved and your sense of music will be enhanced. As a result of aerobics, dancing is more emotional.
