Before we begin, I want you to understand that there are two main reasons for shoulder height. The first is because the problem of our bones is very serious, that is, our scoliosis, that is, our whole spine bends from the back, so our shoulders naturally bend, which belongs to the medical field.
I can't make any judgment here, so some of you find that you really belong to this type. Please see a doctor first, and don't read the article yet. Today, I mainly share the second reason for high and low shoulders. It is because our muscles are unbalanced and the tension on the left and right sides is different, so one side becomes lower and the other side becomes higher.
First of all, I want to discuss with you the disadvantages of high and low shoulders. I know that many people are concerned about wearing clothes at high and low shoulders, but in fact, its disadvantages are much more than you think, especially if you are training in fitness, and many disadvantages he may bring us during our training are beyond your imagination.
Let's give a few examples: for example, when we squat to support a pole, if we have high and low shoulders, for example, the right side will be higher after supporting the pole, and our weight will shift to the left with the bending of the pole. The first disadvantage is that it can easily hurt us.
It is easy for us to put too much pressure on one side of the spine during the squat. Another disadvantage is that because our center of gravity is eccentric, we will squat in the other direction, so our center of gravity will be balanced. Therefore, if we squat with our shoulders high and shoulders low, it is very likely that the left and right muscles of our legs will develop unevenly when squatting.
For example, if we push on the bench, or if our right shoulder is high, we will find that the right side is in the right position when pushing, and the left side will be pushed lower, and gradually the development of the upper side of our left chest is not good enough.
Therefore, our ratio will be out of balance again. When we bench press and put it back, we will find that if one side touches the support behind us first, it will prove that we have high and low shoulders.
The following is the correction method. If any of our muscles are unbalanced and tense, we should stretch it to release this tension, so we should stretch our overused muscles. We can improve for a long time!
