How is it that there is little stool after fitness?
Normal phenomenon after exercise and fitness, especially after moderate intensity training. Every time I run 14 km, I only go to the toilet a little. I didn't exercise before, but when I like to drink and eat meat in the middle of the night, it's always a mess (I'm embarrassed to say it). It is related to gastrointestinal movement, increased consumption and increased absorption. There is no need to make a fuss.
