As long as someone in the office catches a cold, I can't escape, and my body often turns red. Taking medicine often is not the way, so I decided to try running.

I need to have a rest at the beginning of running 200 meters, because I can't breathe. After running to 800 meters, my legs were covered with lead, and I couldn't even lift them. At this time, I won't force myself. Two or three more laps, and you're done. After half a month's persistence, I feel much smoother breathing. Running 200 meters is breathless, and going upstairs is breathless like a dog. I can run more laps, and I can run seven or eight laps.

Up to now, I feel that running has really brought me too many benefits. First of all, I am light. I used to feel like a walking corpse, dragging my body, but now I feel as light as a swallow when I exercise. Secondly, my temperament is much better, and my clothes look much better than before. People around me also saw it, not that I praised it. In addition, the color is much better than before, and the pores are smaller. It is probably running to detoxify. Of course, I have lost weight and my figure is quite symmetrical.
