2. Draw to the left on the dial interface until the "Fitness Record" application appears.
3. Click the "Fitness Record" application, and the screen will display the summary and objectives of the fitness record, including standing and exercising.
4. Click the "Change Target" option to open the change target interface.
5. In the "Change Target" interface, you can increase or decrease the target standing time by adding or subtracting symbols.
6. After setting the fixed target, click OK to save the changes.
7. After completing the standing goal, click the "Fitness Record" application on the screen again to confirm whether the standing goal has been achieved.
