1. Complaints should be made in time.

If consumers' rights and interests are damaged when purchasing or using goods or receiving services, they shall promptly complain to the local department that accepts product quality problems. Complaining in time is conducive to correctly judging the difference between the degree of damage and normal loss of goods, and can explain the situation more accurately, especially the problems related to service quality.

2. Be realistic.

When consumers' rights and interests are damaged, whether in consultation with the responsible person-production units or sales or operators, or in complaint to the department that accepts product quality problems, they should truthfully explain or state the situation, and shall not exaggerate, shrink, distort or conceal the truth.

3. The materials should be complete

Write written materials to the acceptance department when complaining, and provide invoices or sales vouchers when purchasing. The written materials shall indicate the date of purchase or acceptance of services and the items of purchase or acceptance of services; Indicate the names, addresses, postal codes, unit names and contact names of the complainant and the respondent; State the damage facts, the name, model, specification, quantity, price, production unit and negotiation with the responsible person of the purchased goods. When complaining about the quality of service, the name of the responsible person (or business license number) should also be stated. When you complain, you should cite circumstantial materials, such as shopping invoices. It is best to keep the original and submit a copy. Be careful not to mail tickets, documents and samples in case they are lost.

The evidence should be conclusive.

(1) Provide evidence of damage caused by the product: provide the doctor's diagnosis certificate of personal injury, disability or death caused by the product, as well as the medical expenses, lost time and living allowance paid for the treatment of pain and disease. Compensation can only be obtained if sufficient evidence is provided to prove that damage has occurred. (2) Provide evidence that the damage is caused by defects in products or services.
