1. Taoranting Park

Highlight: There are many cultural relics in the park, besides the most famous Taoranting, there are Bates buddhist nun, Yunhui Building and Saijinhua Tomb. Around 3 kilometers around the lake, the surrounding plants release negative oxygen ions, which is very suitable for running.
2. Tiantan Park

Highlight: Tiantan Park has a large area, high vegetation coverage, mostly century-old trees, fresh air rich in negative oxygen ions, and large temperature difference between inside and outside the park, which is suitable for running and fitness in the morning and evening.
The outer altar of the Temple of Heaven is1700m long from east to west and1600m wide from north to south, covering an area of more than 270 hectares. The total length of outer altar wall is 64 16m, and the total length of inner altar wall is 3292m. Run along the pedestrian street in the Temple of Heaven and the road in the park for a week, about 5 kilometers away.
3. Outside the Forbidden City

Highlight: The Forbidden City is surrounded by Tongzi River. Today, we ordinary people run around the Forbidden City and can go directly through the meridian gate, which the ancients could not achieve. Catch up with the time to raise and lower the national flag, and you can also take a close look at the heroic spirit of the flag bearer of the honor guard.
4. yuyuantan park

Route length: about 3.7 kilometers.
Highlight: There are cherry blossoms in spring, lotus flowers in summer, chrysanthemums in autumn and snow in winter. The four seasons are distinct and the scenery is good. It is also a park that many runners like. Running around the lake is about 3.7 kilometers, and a hiking trail has been specially built in the park, where you can also run.
