Got depressed disease to do what exercise is good?
Hello,

A medical report in Britain. Divide people suffering from depression into two groups, one group takes medicine, the other group runs (every time 1 hour or more, more than 4 times a week). After three months, the improvement effect of the running group was equivalent to 97% of that of the medication group.

Depression is really painful, please see a doctor. I don't know the level of psychologists in China, but western medicine has methods to treat most depression. Mental illness is not a mental illness. In fact, most people will have a melancholy experience in their lives, which is normal.

Aerobic exercise is highly recommended. Aerobic exercise, such as running, will stimulate the brain to secrete endorphins (a natural antidepressant), and the effect is similar to that of drugs.

Speaking of aerobic exercise, running, walking, swimming, rowing machines, bicycles and elliptical machines are all aerobic exercises. I recommend a fat-reducing running method: 45 minutes to 1 hour each time, 60% to 70% of your maximum heart rate (220-age = your maximum heart rate), and run more than four times a week. This intensity is the average person's jogging intensity. Even if you haven't been jogging for a long time, it's very simple to combine brisk walking with jogging at first and reach this level two weeks later. In fact, after exercise, whether aerobic or anaerobic, the sense of accomplishment, satisfaction and refreshing feeling is very addictive.

My other experience is to get enough sleep and take vitamins (one multivitamin every two days for a normal diet and one vitamin a day for a partial eclipse). I remember seeing that malnutrition can also lead to depression.
