Badminton midfield hitting technique
1, the technology of blocking the net and hitting the ball before.
1*** Forehand blocking straight forward ball technique
This technique is mainly used to catch the ball from the other side.
Before catching the ball, move to the sideline of the right field with the footwork of catching and killing the ball. Tilt your body to the right, extend your arms to the right, rotate your forearms outward, and abduct your wrists.
When hitting the ball, the forearm rotates slightly and turns the wrist to drive the racket to push the ball from the bottom right to the front of the straight net.
When hitting the ball, the forearm can rotate from outside to inside to drive the racket to cut the straight net from right to front. After hitting the ball, the body turns left to face the net, then the right foot steps forward, and the racket turns left with the body and closes in front of the body.
2*** Forehand Blocking, Oblique Net Front Ball Technique
Ready posture as above. When hitting the ball with a swing, the forearm rotates slightly inward while the elbow bends, and the wrist extends inward from the back to the right side of the flash grip. Before hitting the ball on the right side, the wrist and fingers control the angle of the racket face so that the ball falls in front of the diagonal net.
3*** backhand blocking straight forward ball technique
Forehand is also used to catch and kill the ball.
First, move to the sideline of the left field by catching the ball, turn left, lean forward, face the net with your right shoulder, bend your right elbow, abduct your wrist, and lead the racket to the front of your left shoulder.
When hitting the ball, the forearm drives the racket from left to left with the help of the impulse of the opponent's incoming ball, and gently swings it with the thumb jacking force to stop the ball back to the front of the straight net.
After hitting the ball, the body turns right to face the net and the racket moves in front of the body.
4*** backhand hook the front ball of the diagonal net.
Backhand hook is used to catch the kill ball diagonally.
When hitting the ball, the wrist extends backward from abduction and flicks the lower left side of the ball holder to make the ball fall in front of the diagonal net.
2. Golf technique
1*** Forehand catch straight backcourt golf.
When the opponent kills the right line ball, his right foot takes a big step to the right.
Move to the side with footwork, and the right arm is slightly to the right. At the same time, there is a slight external rotation, and the wrist is stretched to the maximum extent, so that the racket can be quickly backward. The right forearm swings forward quickly and then turns slightly outward immediately, and the wrist extends from the back to the straight wrist. At this time, the elbow plays the role of "fulcrum", hitting the ball with the racket face, hitting the middle and lower part of the racket tray, and making the ball fly straight.
After hitting the ball, the forearm rotates inward, the racket swings forward and the racket is retracted forward.
2*** Backhand Pick Backcourt Golf
Before hitting the ball, forearm pronation, wrist abduction, racquet to the left.
When hitting the ball, the upper arm is supported, the forearm swings rapidly to the right and front, the wrist stretches back from abduction for a flash, the racket is held tightly, and the racket is swung at full speed with the help of the jacking force of the thumb to make the ball fly straight.
If you swing sideways, the ball will fly sideways.
3. Pull the ball technique
1*** Forehand draw.
Stand with your feet flush, slightly wider than your shoulders, and take a small step to the right with your right foot. At the same time, your upper body leans slightly to the right and your right arm swings to the upper right. As the racket is lifted, your elbow keeps a certain angle. Before hitting the ball, your elbow swings forward, your forearm slightly rotates backward, and your wrist slightly abducts and stretches, leading to the back of your body.
When hitting the ball, the forearm rotates inward, the wrist flashes straight, the fingers grasp the handle, and the racket sweeps the ball at high speed from right back to right front. After hitting the ball, the racket will swing to the left, and the left foot will follow further to the left to prepare for the second ball.
2*** backhand flat draw
The right foot crosses in front of the left side, the center of gravity is on the left foot, and the right backhand grip is in front of the left side. Before hitting the ball, the elbow is slightly raised, the forearm is pronated, the wrist is abduction, and the racquet is left.
When hitting the ball, driven by the right hand rotation of the hip joint, the forearm rotates outward, the wrist flashes from abduction to straightness, and the bottom of the ball holder swings.
After hitting the ball, the racket retracts to the right with the backward movement of the body.
4, quick play technology
1*** forehand fast play
Feet apart, right foot slightly in front, left foot behind, knees in a semi-squat posture, hold the racket in front, lift the racket over your head, lead it to the lower right side of the back of your head, and hold the racket loosely.
When it is judged that the incoming ball is above the head, the body leans forward slightly, and at the same time, the left foot takes a small step forward, and the right foot is slightly straightened into a left lunge, and the hitting point is selected in front of the right shoulder. Lift your upper arm forward and upward, bend your elbow, and then swing your forearm outward and pat it behind your head. When hitting the ball, the forearm is forward, the wrist is extended from back to front, and the back of the clapper plate flashes, so that the ball flies straight to the vicinity of the opponent's midfield area.
After hitting the ball, the racket moves forward and left with the front cover and right foot, and stands slightly behind the center line. The racket is raised from the left lower back to the front, ready for the next pass.
2*** backhand fast play
Stand on the left field with your feet parallel, with your center of gravity on your right foot, and lift the racket to the right front. When judging that the ball is in the left field, the right forearm swings to the left, the body turns to the right shoulder until the net is slightly left, and the left foot also takes a small step to the left. Forearm pronation, wrist abduction in the left rear.
When hitting the ball, the forearm rotates outward, the wrist flashes straight, the finger suddenly grabs the handle, and the front cover holds the back of the ball, so that the ball flies straight forward.
After hitting the ball, the racket is raised from the lower right to the upper front to prepare for the next shot.
Matters needing attention in playing badminton
1. Choose a beat shape with a large sweet area.
The so-called sweet zone is the best hitting zone on the racket face. When the hitting point is in the sweet zone, it can give you enough hitting power, control the ball, and make you feel very comfortable. The sweet area of the racket is larger, and it is more difficult to hit the non-sweet area when hitting the ball, so there are fewer chances of vibration and less chances of injury.
2, check the size of the handle
If the grip of the racket is too small, the torque of the racket will be greater and the damage to the arm will be greater when the ball does not hit the sweet zone. If the grip is too big, the palm of your hand can't hold the racket and it is easy to get tired. The appropriate size should be that there is a gap of about 5-8mm between the ring finger and the big fish muscle when holding the racket forehand.
3. Reduce the tension of the feather line
A looser string of balls can provide a greater bobbin effect, and can play a faster and more powerful ball with less vibration.
4. Pay attention to whether the hitting posture is correct.
Incorrect hitting posture is an important cause of injury. Such as: the hitting point is too low, behind the ball, the side is not enough when hitting the ball, swinging the arm to hit the ball and so on. Consult the experts around you and correct your mistakes.
Misunderstanding of playing badminton
1, warm-up preparation before formal exercise is unnecessary.
Myth: Many women rashly think that it is not important whether to do warm-up exercise before playing ball.
Fact: A muscle that has not been exercised is easily sprained, because it is not fully prepared to withstand sudden big movements. Any warm-up action can improve the adaptability of muscles and make joints flexible. Warm-up before exercise is beneficial to the cardiovascular system and health of athletes.
2, anyway, it is not a big problem to play ball games and enjoy eating and drinking.
Myth: Many people like to think that I don't have to go on a diet to lose weight, because I play ball to keep fit.
Fact: Although the body does consume more calories and carbohydrates by participating in any physical exercise, it does not mean that all foods are given the green light. The key is to maintain a balanced nutrition and eat more fruits, vegetables, cellulose, grains and lean meat. Only by maintaining a scientific balance between diet and fitness can we achieve the best exercise effect-obviously reducing fat and improving physical condition.
3. Overweight exercise has better effect.
Myth: If we observe carefully, we will find that some women exercise with a small weight on their ankles when playing ball, so as to consume more fat.
Fact: Overload may lead to muscle and joint injuries and limb deformities, including spinal deformity.
