Second, the practice method
Don't pursue the total when practicing, try to be fast and don't be afraid to jump, because the game is about speed, not the total. Therefore, when practicing, we must focus on speed and jump wildly under the premise of correct posture. At first, practice in units of 15 seconds, jump wildly at the fastest speed of 15 seconds, and strive for the goal of not being bad in the middle, with the number reaching 50. After several groups of exercises, you can easily reach the goal of 50, and then practice in 30 seconds to get 100. After 30 seconds, you can practice 1 minute. In this way, you can easily practice to about 200 a minute.
Third, the rope
Sharp tools make good work. If he wants to get good grades in skipping rope, he must have a suitable and useful skipping rope. The length should be appropriate (please refer to the recommended video tutorial below for how to calculate the length), and the rope should be thinner. It's easy to swing with a heavier rope at first, but you can change it into a wire rope after practice. In the international competition of speed rope skipping, most players choose wire rope, which is very thin and the rotating shaft of the handle is particularly flexible. This kind of professional steel wire rope has a steel wire inside and a thin plastic layer outside to prevent harm to the body during training. When you scrape off this layer of plastic during the competition, the rope will be better used.
