The planning and construction of sports fitness facilities should clarify the source and management unit of maintenance funds. " Four. Article 44 is renumbered as Article 45 and amended as: "The facilities of public stadiums and gymnasiums shall be open to the public free of charge or at low prices. The weekly opening hours are not less than 35 hours and the annual opening hours are not less than 330 days. Public holidays, legal holidays, school winter and summer vacations should extend the opening hours. Outdoor public areas attached to stadiums and outdoor fitness equipment should be open free of charge all day.
"School sports venues should be open to students after school hours, and should be open to the public during public holidays, legal holidays and school winter and summer vacations.
The price of water, electricity, gas and heat in gymnasiums and other fitness places shall not be higher than the general industry standard. 5. Article 54 is changed to Article 55 and amended as: "In violation of the provisions of Article 29 of these regulations, if new residential areas and communities fail to build sports fitness facilities in accordance with relevant standards, the relevant departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall order them to make corrections within a time limit."
In addition, the order of articles shall be adjusted accordingly according to this decision.
This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
The Regulations of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on National Fitness shall be revised and re-promulgated according to this decision.
