2. Click the Start Exercise button in the middle of the page, select the running exercise type, and then click Start Exercise.
3. During the exercise, Keep will record running time, distance, speed, calories burned and other data.
4. After the exercise, Keep will automatically save the exercise data.
5. You can view the historical operation record on the record page.
6. Click on a record to enter the details page, where you can view the running route, pace change, heart rate data and other related information.
