Eight most worth climbing mountains around Taiyuan

Juewei Mountain 1

Juewei Mountain Mountaineering Fitness Trail is the first national mountaineering fitness trail in Taiyuan. 20 14 completed in June, with a total length of 8.3 kilometers. There are 23 signs on the whole line, which clearly indicate how many meters you have walked, altitude, positioning code and emergency number.

Starting from the blue arrow, wooden plank road, slate road and gravel road appear in turn. These sections are all made of waste sleepers and stones, which are very primitive. There are many viewing pavilions along the path. Take a walk and have a rest in pavilions, and you will have a panoramic view.

Address: West Route of Huyan Village, Chaicun Town, jiancaoping district: Go south, Binhe East Road, reach the entrance of Huyan Village, and follow the signs of Jinshan Highway for one kilometer to reach the parking lot.

2. Wulong Suburban Forest Park

20 15 10, the 9 km hiking route of Wulong suburban forest park was completed. The height difference of the whole section is 283 meters, and the slope is gentle, which is suitable for the elderly and young people to climb. When you reach the highest point, you can overlook most of Taiyuan City.

Bluestone paves the way and climbs up the stairs. The winding hiking trail floats in the mountains like a colored silk. Every scenic spot along the way is equipped with biographies of Taiyuan historical celebrities and allusions, which has a strong cultural atmosphere. The mountain smells of plants and soil. Take a deep breath and clean your lungs thoroughly.

Address: East Route of Changfeng East Street, xiaodian district: Go east along Changfeng East Street, and enter Dongshan Wulong Suburb Forest Park at the end. There is a large parking lot at the entrance of the trail.

3. Wolfpo

Wolf slope also has a name, compass. According to the local accent, the compass is very similar to Wolf Slope. Because of the high mountains and deep valleys and lush vegetation, wolves, insects, tigers and leopards often haunt here, people gradually called this compass "Wolf Slope".

The original vegetation of Langpo is well preserved. During this period, you can not only get close to nature, but also look up at the highest mountain in Taiyuan-Miaoqian Mountain, overlooking the whole city.

4. Tianlong Mountain

At an altitude of1700m, it is a famous historical and cultural mountain with forests, springs, caves and temples. Climbing to the top of the mountain, you can get a panoramic view of the grottoes of past dynasties.

From the entrance of the mountain, you can walk up the mountain in about 3 hours. You can watch various grottoes carefully along the way. If the weather is cold, you may even encounter an ice waterfall.

5. Genting Mountain

It is named for its steep mountains and peaks soaring into the sky. The main peak is 2789 meters above sea level, which is the highest peak in Taiyuan. You can watch the sunrise and sunset, and you can also watch the clouds roll and relax.

The top of the mountain is gentle and the view is wide. There are alpine meadows like the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and Ma Pingchuan. Although there is no green grass in this season, it has a unique charm. Standing on the top of the mountain, there is a feeling of harmony between man and nature. I feel that I can reach out and touch the blue sky and white clouds.

6. Longlinshan

Formerly known as Ma Mingshan and Ma Mingshan, it was later renamed Longlinshan after inscriptions and historical research. Bai Song Shiyun, known as one of the ancient scenes in Qingyuan, refers to this mountain, and the Manjusri Stone Pagoda, the first stone pagoda in Sanjin, stands on the top of the mountain.

At an altitude of1258m, Fiona Fang pines and cypresses, with tens of square kilometers, are evergreen all the year round and the air is fresh. Fanyu Temple is located at the foot of Longlin Mountain. The environment in the temple is elegant, with lush flowers and trees. There is a faucet, and the spring water is constant all year round. The faucet spring water is extremely sweet.

Address: in Baishigou, west of Qingxu County. Route: There is a shuttle bus to Qingxu at Jiannan Bus Station in Taiyuan, and there is also a past shuttle bus at West Station. The fare is about 15 yuan/person, and the journey takes about 40 minutes. After arriving in Qingxu County, you can take a taxi or charter a car, which takes about 20 minutes.

7. Hongshan

Yellow flowers bloom all over the mountain in summer, also known as Huanghuashan. There are many natural caves on the mountain, with Qinglong Cave in the east, Beilong Cave in the north and Huanglong Cave in the south. There is a clear spring gurgling out of the cave, which is sweet and refreshing to drink, commonly known as "dragon saliva"

From the entrance to the mountain pass, walk slowly through Shimen for an hour, which is the Granny Cave, the main building group surrounded by mountains. The statue in the cave is lifelike, and there is a three-character plaque inscribed by Mr. Fu Shan at the top of the cave.

Address: 5 kilometers northeast of Donghuangshui Town, Yangqu County Route: the whole journey is about 60 kilometers. Binhe East Road-Jinqiao Street-Xinying South Third Lane-Universiade Highway, passing Yangqu County, turn right on the road leading to Yuxian County (Yangquan), go north in Donghuangshui Town, and take the dirt road up the mountain.

8. At first sight, Wang Feng.

The total length of the east-west line is16km, and the elevation of the main peak is1338m. The "East Line" is as long and narrow as a lane, and the "West Line" is longer and more spectacular. The average width of the canyon is 3 meters, and the deepest part is only 0.3 meters, which is famous for its strange risks.

Here, it is a world of stones, and the huge stones that reach the sky constitute a strange natural landscape. The narrow path of the mountain stream is the only way forward. Looking up, there is only a shallow line between the sky and the stone, and the whole world is isolated.
