There are more and more people with shoulder blade pain, and many people have pain from neck and shoulder to shoulder blade.

What's going on here?

Let's talk about the position of the scapula first. The scapula is a triangular flat bone attached to the back and outside of the chest, between the second and seventh ribs.

In other words, the scapula is actually a flat bone attached to the back. Note that it is a bone attached to the back. If it is inclined (whether it is the inner side or the lower corner), it is disorder. We call it the pterygoscapula.

After the disorder, there are three manifestations:

1, the shoulder is starting to hurt.

Shoulder pain is a symbolic feeling of sedentary people. The shoulders are always in a stiff posture, and the pain will gradually appear.

At first, it was just a little pain in the shoulder. Later, I found that the joint between the shoulder and the neck began to hurt, and then it began to hurt around the scapula.

The pain from point to surface gradually began to radiate around.

2. It seems that activities are limited.

The scapula has a variety of moving functions, which can realize upward rotation, downward rotation, upward lift, downward extension and backward contraction.

Through different movements and different muscle control, * * * is done together.

With the deepening of pain around the scapula, the range of motion of the shoulder joint and muscles should be limited.

It hurts to raise your hand.

3, muscle traction pain

The movement of the shoulder joint is limited, so the muscles must be damaged.

Levator scapulae, rhomboid muscle and upper trapezius muscle can lift scapula; Lower trapezius muscle, lower serratus muscle and pectoralis minor muscle can lower scapula;

The serratus anterior and pectoralis minor muscles can stretch the scapula forward; Trapezius and rhomboid muscles can contract scapula;

Trapezius and serratus anterior can make scapula rotate; Levator scapulae, rhomboid and pectoralis minor can make the scapula rotate downward.

As you can see, these muscles are easily stretched, painful and tense.

Muscles will be damaged if they are not used for a long time, and the problem of scapular pain will naturally become more and more obvious.

In view of this performance, I suggest taking corrective measures to improve scapular pain.
