If you are still sore after exercise, you'd better have a look. If you just suddenly increase your exercise or suddenly feel sore after exercise, it is normal to apply it with hot water and you will get better soon.
First of all, it is normal for muscles to ache after a sudden exercise with a large amount of exercise. It is the difficult period that PE teachers often say (generally 65438+ 0-2 days after exercise, also called delayed pain);
Second, if muscle soreness occurs, stretching, applying ointment, ice compress, warm bath, sauna and other methods can be taken to relieve the pain. However, the above methods can only provide short-term relief. The key points to note are as follows: 1. Arrange the amount of exercise according to your physique, and don't try to be brave; 2. Avoid concentrating on practicing a muscle for a long time; 3. Be prepared for activities (remember, exercise without injury is healthy exercise); 4. Relax after exercise and pay attention to muscle stretching exercises (that is, walk a few times more).
Third, don't go to the bathroom to take a bath after exercise, which will easily affect the blood circulation of the body and increase the burden on the heart. If you take steam bath and sauna immediately after strenuous exercise, it will easily lead to dizziness, nausea and even heart failure. Therefore, do some simple relaxation and stretching exercises after exercise, and be sure to wait until the heart rate is below 120 times per minute for 5- 10 minutes, and then take a shower.
Exercise is a good thing, but we must pay attention to scientific methods. I like to do single parallel bars after jogging, and now I feel very good, and I have never had serious muscle pain.
