Second, start.

1, basic startup method

① Step the left foot (or right foot) on the appropriate position of the board head, and keep the board face parallel to the ground.

② Put your body center of gravity on your left foot, slightly bend it, push the movable board with your right foot, and then put your right foot on the tail of the board.

③ Stretch your hands to keep your body balanced, and slowly bend your knees to lower your center of gravity.

2. Trot starting method
