Tutorial 1: outdoor running
Select "Sport" mode on the watch, and then select "Run".
Set the target distance or time.
Make sure the GPS is turned on, and record the running route and distance.
Click the "Start" button, and the watch will display real-time data, including distance, time, pace and heart rate.
Check the total distance, time and average pace after the end.
Tutorial 2: Indoor Fitness
Select "Exercise" mode, and then select "Indoor Fitness".
Choose fitness activities (such as yoga, strength training, aerobics).
Set goals, such as calorie consumption or time.
Click "Start" and the watch will display real-time data, including calorie consumption, heart rate and time.
View total calorie consumption, time and average heart rate.
Tutorial 3: Swimming
Select exercise mode, and then choose swimming.
Set the pool length and swimming type (such as freestyle and breaststroke).
Click "Start" and the watch will record the distance, time, number of strokes and heart rate (if applicable).
Check the total distance, time and average number of strokes.
