On the morning of February 9th, the opening ceremony of Xingyuewan Park (Phase I) in Sanjiangkou of Guiyang Economic Development Zone was held.
The official opening of the Sanjiangkou Xingyuewan Park (Phase I) has filled the gap in the urban parks in the Economic Development Zone, and also marked the further improvement of the supporting functions of life in the Economic Development Zone and the further improvement of the integration level of production and city.
Master Plan of Xingyuewan Park in Sanjiangkou
The planned total area of Xingyuewan Park in Sanjiangkou is about 632 mu, which consists of five parts: mountain park, sports center, riverside park, Buyi Wenchuang Park and ecological corridor slow-moving system. The overall construction is divided into three stages.
The first phase of construction includes mountain parks and riverside parks.
Part of the mountain covers an area of 353 mu, mainly including hiking plank road, children's happy valley, forest station, south station, rock climbing experience wall and other leisure sports formats;
The riverside part covers an area of about 30 mu and is built near the water, integrating entertainment, popular science, experience and leisure.
Sanjiangkou Xingyuewan Park (Phase 1)
Parks (Phase I) include mountain parks and riverside parks.
[Mountain Park]
Mountain Park covers an area of about 353 mu and is located in the northeast of Hisense Interchange.
The construction contents include roads, west entrance square, west entrance sunken square and lawn, wall restoration, east entrance, south entrance, north entrance, children's happy valley, forest post station, management supporting facilities, rock climbing experience wall, forest characteristic camp and other leisure sports formats.
At the same time, through the construction of intelligent new infrastructure and supporting management platforms such as intelligent lampposts, security monitoring systems, fire emergency systems and Internet of Things systems, we will build a safe, efficient, energy-saving and environmentally-friendly smart park management system to help the park achieve intelligent, scientific and efficient intelligent management.
[Riverside Park]
Binjiang Park covers an area of about 30 mu and is located at the intersection of Madiren River, Xiaohe River and Huaxi River.
The park is built by the water and is divided into two parts: the smart city square and the cloud oasis. Combined with the development characteristics of smart cities in Economic Development Zone, with the theme of industrial development in Economic Development Zone, the park uses the advantages of topography to design a number of hydrophilic sites to create a smart park integrating entertainment, popular science, experience and leisure.
Sanjiangkou Xingyuewan Park (Phase 2)
The Park (Phase II) includes the National Fitness Center and the Buyi Cultural Park.
[National Fitness Center]
The National Fitness Center covers an area of about 27 mu and is located at the south gate of the mountain park. It will build a sports industry cluster with "modern sports technology" such as five-a-side football, basketball, badminton, swimming and confrontation as the core industries and sports extension formats such as education and training, competition centers, clubs and brand retail as the supporting industries.
It is expected to be completed by the end of 20021.
Buyi wenchuangyuan
Buyi Wenchuang Garden covers an area of about 222 mu and is located in the land of the armed forces department of Sanjiangkou.
The Buyi Cultural and Creative Park is divided into ethnic cultural plates, with the concept of inheritance and integration, the Buyi display and national intangible cultural heritage as the main body, the design concept of innovation and development, and the cultural and creative plates integrating ethnic creative streets, urban homestays and hotel clusters, tea culture and folk music.
It is expected to be completed by the end of 20021.
Sanjiangkou Xingyuewan Park (Phase 3)
The park (Phase III) is an ecological corridor slow-moving system with a total length of about 4.9km.
Combined with the construction of wuyue New Town, the ecological corridor slow-moving system forms a complete closed-loop ecological corridor system by building new footbridges, upgrading existing footbridges, municipal greenways, riverside trails and tourist routes in the park. Mountain Park, Binjiang Park and Buyi Wenchuang Park are organically connected in series, and linked with sports center, Wuyue Square and other projects to give full play to the ecological, social and economic benefits of park clusters.
