There is a way to treat constipation, which I think is very useful.

Lie flat on the bed before going to bed at night, with your left hand down and your right hand on your stomach.

1. Knead the navel counterclockwise for 30 times.

2. Knead clockwise 30 times below the navel.

3. From the stomach to the abdomen, and then from the abdomen to the stomach, press back and forth for 30 times.

Do it before going to bed and get up the next morning.

If the effect is not good enough, do it 50 times.
