In this process, I also understand that a healthy body is the greatest wealth in my life. I want to make fitness a part of my life, a part of my life.

Many people say that they have no time to exercise, which seems to me to be an excuse. Of course, some people may be really busy, but I think no matter how busy they are, they should squeeze out some time to exercise.

I work 7 days a week, from 10 morning to 9 pm every day. I usually arrange my fitness before and after work.

Get up in the morning, first run for 60 minutes or jump rope for 60 minutes. Jumping rope is really good Every day I take it as a warm-up exercise and then do anaerobic exercise to combine aerobic and anaerobic. I feel really, really great after exercise.

After work at 9 pm, I will go home and work with keep. In a few days, the gym where I apply for a fitness card will open. I can go to the gym in the morning and evening.

Fitness has become my daily habit, and I want to find the best of myself.

Although I am very busy at work every day, I still keep eating less and eating more meals in my diet.

In the morning, I will make my favorite white fungus and red jujube soup, red bean and barley soup, and then eat a steamed stuffed bun.

The dishes cooked by my aunt who cooks at noon are well matched with meat and vegetables. I eat more vegetables, less starch and of course some meat.

I will eat an apple on time in the afternoon.

Dinner mainly consists of vegetables and soup, with less staple food.

Besides, I drink eight glasses of water every day.

When I first started fitness, I ran for a month. I didn't run except in the heavy rain. I sprained my ankle while running, but I recovered in a few days.

Later, I kept groping, learning and looking for skills, so there was basically no running injury, and I stretched every day when I was free in the store.

Now, I don't think running can bring me the feeling I want. I do feel the bottleneck. I changed my previous one-hour running every day to skipping rope. I found the feeling of running before, and then I finished my daily fat reduction plan and customized exercise.

I made a running friend, who also works near our company. She is infected by me and likes sports.

At first, I encouraged her every day and drove her from the starting point to the finish line, running 8 kilometers every day.

In the middle of a few days, I was depressed. I have an appointment to run together. I ran halfway, and I was in a bad state and couldn't run. I said I didn't want to run. She was not angry, and continued to encourage me to run until the finish line.

There's nothing I can't get through With her help, I will put aside my emotions and travel light. It's really good to have a positive friend on the way to fitness.

Fitness has helped me to get rid of many bad habits, such as eating whatever I want, staying up late and being depressed for a few days when I am unhappy.

Pay great attention to diet every day after fitness, with fast metabolism and strong resistance. At least I haven't caught a cold or got sick so far.
