For people who have no foundation, if they want to get the national service certificate, they need to attend a period of training in a school with the qualification of national service certificate assessment. After receiving systematic training, I will take part in the examination organized by the school, and after passing the examination, I will get the national service certificate issued by the State Sports General Administration. This has a higher pass rate.
