Yin Xi Village is a village named after its surname. Residents surnamed Yin established villages. Later, with the migration of Du and Lu residents, the population of Yin residents was relatively small, so they moved to Lisan and established another village, Dongyin Village. This can be based on the name of the village and Yinjiagang in the north of the village. From the Dujia tomb excavated in March 20 16, we can see that the village was formed here as early as the Tang Dynasty.
Before liberation, Yin Xi Village was always a village under the jurisdiction of Lincheng County. After 1945, it was included in Yaoshan County, and 1947 was under the jurisdiction of Longyao County.

On February 4th, 20021year, Yin Xi Village was selected into the list of civilized villages and towns in Xingtai City from 2018 to 2020.
There are many tourist attractions near Yin Xi Village, such as Stone Buddha Temple Brick Pagoda, Xingtai Earthquake Monument, Xingtai Earthquake Data Exhibition Hall, Ren 'ao Tomb and Xuanwu Mountain Grottoes. There are Longyao green onions, Zepan lotus root, Longyao mutton soup, old fried meat, chicken legs, green onions and other specialties.
