Fat combustion requires two basic conditions:
First, fat reduction must reach the exercise heart rate of moderate and low intensity, which will be effective for more than 20 minutes, while the fat reducer is passive exercise, and the heart rate has basically not changed;
Secondly, the fat-reducing exercise must be the exercise of large muscle groups, that is, jogging, swimming, aerobics and other sports, while the passive exercise caused by the fat reducer is the exercise of small muscle groups, so it is difficult to achieve the purpose of fat reduction.
It is suggested that reasonable diet combined with moderate exercise can not only effectively reduce fat but also improve the health index.
