When it comes to exercise and fitness, what I do most every time I go to the gym is actually riding a spinning bike and running. At first, my motivation was just to lose weight. I changed from a person who started panting after running for more than ten minutes to a person who won't feel tired after jogging for an hour or two. I'm beginning to like the way I run. I like the feeling of sweating and body fever.
Fitness will make people happy physically and mentally, and dopamine secreted by the brain will make people feel relaxed, which is why people who exercise for a long time will be in a better state. After a period of exercise and dieting, I successfully lost 20 pounds, which is the biggest gain brought by fitness. Seeing the effect will naturally make people more motivated, especially those who have walked through a good figure, and they can't help but envy others and want to have the same excellent figure.
Good posture will make people more confident. Whether this statement is superficial or not, I always think so. I dare not wear anything when I am fat, especially in summer, because it makes me uncomfortable to show some parts of my body or even my arms in summer. But after losing weight, I can spend the hot summer happily. When you are in poor health, you will feel watched and pointed at when you walk in the street. You never dare to walk with your head down. Now I can go out naturally, and of course I understand that everyone is doing their own thing, and no one pays attention to how fat the people who pass by them are.
Everyone has different motives for fitness, but they all have their own reasons.
