Jiangning District is located in the south-central part of Nanjing, with a total area of137 ′ ~ 32 07 ′ north latitude and118 28 ′ ~19 06 ′ east longitude. It borders Qixia District and jurong city in the east, Lishui District in the southeast, dangtu county City and Maanshan City in the south and southwest, Yuhuatai District and Qinhuai District in the north and northeast.
