Before exercise
It is necessary to replenish water reasonably, but not too much. Too much water will upset the stomach and affect appetite and digestion and absorption. Excessive water will also affect the burden of the heart, kidneys and excretory organs, and will also dilute the blood.
In operation
It is not advisable to drink plenty of water during exercise and after training. During and after exercise, you must replenish water several times, so that your body can gradually get water and keep water balance. Supplementation once every 15 minutes, about 250CC each time, the hourly temperature should not exceed 1000CC, and the water temperature should be between 8- 12 degrees, which is helpful to reduce the body temperature generated during exercise and prevent overheating.
