A topic of social practice investigation:
Present situation of property management in Suzhou residential quarters
2. Members of the investigation team (***2 persons)
Department: Department of Foreign Languages: Department of Architecture
Class: British teacher 120 1 class: urban planning 1202 class.
Name: Name: Mo
3. The purpose of social practice survey:
The relatively long winter vacation is a good opportunity for our college students to understand the society. As a compulsory course for every college student, practical investigation requires us to understand and study the society and make up for the shortage of teaching materials. We know that most of the knowledge in books is theoretical, and it needs practical investigation to really apply knowledge to work. Moreover, through this practical process, we can not only enrich our knowledge and improve our ability to analyze and solve problems, but also improve everyone's comprehensive quality.
Significance of social practice investigation;
The success or failure of residential property management directly and obviously affects the quality of life and living environment of residential residents, especially at this stage, people are under great pressure and busy with work, and they want a quiet and comfortable living environment outside their homes. The quality of residential property management is also a reference factor for people to buy a house. The purpose of this survey is to understand the basic knowledge and constraints of residential property management through the investigation of different levels of residential property in Suzhou, and try to find some effective methods to solve the contradictions of residential property management at this stage.
5. Objects and forms of social practice investigation:
In view of the housing situation of Suzhou residents, we plan to conduct a sample survey of four different levels and different forms of residential areas.
A sample representing the names of residential areas in Suzhou.
Most of the old villages were built in the late 1970s and early 1980s, with poor basic hardware, such as Loujiang New Village, Su 'an New Village, Yonglin New Village (part), Donggang New Village (part), Lihe New Village and Nanhuan New Village.
Neighborhood reconstruction communities are generally transformed from old blocks since 1990s, and Li Jingwen, Dalianli, Li Shiqiao and other places are dominated by traditional new public houses.
The new residential area in the ancient city is a high-grade security residential area with strict management. Traditional multi-storey buildings are the main architectural forms, but the floors are not high (limited by the protection of ancient landscape in the park). The residential park in Huayangli and the buildings in the new area, such as Huayangli, Lanting Garden, Lion Lin Yuan, Tongfangyuan and Garden Community, were mostly built late, with many floors and complete facilities. They are located in the most economically developed industrial park in Suzhou, and residential properties are often managed by developers themselves, becoming their own brand-new urban gardens.
Survey forms
(1) Talk and consult with property management personnel and fill in the property management questionnaire.
(2) Interview the residents in the community and fill in the property survey form.
(3) The interviewer evaluates the living environment by himself and takes photos for the record.
(4) Interview some classmates and relatives by telephone to learn about other societies, so as to facilitate summary and comparison.
6. Timetable for social investigation:
The investigation was conducted in four stages (*** 13 days).
The first stage: determine the contents of the survey, consult relevant contents, and prepare a questionnaire (8.6~8.9).
Learn some simple property management knowledge on the 6th, consult materials, such as the map of Suzhou, and choose the place to visit and the contact information of relevant departments. Learn the general methods of making questionnaires.

Li Jingwen property management
background
The residential area is located in the neighborhoods of Pishi Street 10 and 1 1 in the ancient city, and the houses nearby have a long history. * * * 42 buildings, 168 households, with nearly 500 residents, managed by Suzhou Industrial Park Ronghua Property Management Co., Ltd. According to the construction plan of the relevant departments, the nearby houses to be demolished have been rebuilt.
Resident survey report statistics
Li Jingwen residents generally evaluate the security situation of the community.
Li Jingwen residents generally have a good evaluation of the health status of the community.
Li Jingwen residents generally have a good evaluation of the traffic conditions in this community.
Li Jingwen residents generally have a good evaluation of the green landscape of the community.
Li Jingwen residents generally evaluate the infrastructure and hardware management of the community. Generally speaking, because the house is in a prime location and the floor is uncomfortable, there are few places for residents to rest and exercise.
Based on the above situation, Li Jingwen residents have a good overall evaluation of the community.
The advantages of this community
1. Excellent location. There are securities companies, convenience supermarkets, post offices, the Fourth People's Hospital, Chaoyang Food Market, Wen Jing Primary School, Shangeng Primary School, No.3 Middle School, various food stores, video stores and many daily department stores nearby.
2. Excellent community at the provincial level, winning many awards.
3. The green coverage rate reaches 40%.
The shortcomings of this community
1. Because the community is rebuilt, there are many entrances and exits in the community, and it is difficult to manage the entry and exit of personnel. Anyone can drive in directly without looking at the papers. It has caused hidden dangers to the safety of the community.
2. The terrain of the residential area is complex, and the roads between buildings are winding, so it is more troublesome for strange tourists to find the corresponding building.
3. There are fewer street lamps at night.
4. Near the highway, the noise is sometimes annoying.
Rectification suggestion
1. Increase the number of security guards and improve their quality.
2. Set up more signboards and street lamps.
3. Continue the old neighborhood reconstruction plan, and strive to make more old houses planned and managed. We should learn from the experience in the previous transformation process, foster strengths and avoid weaknesses, and plan rationally.
Some tall trees can be planted in the periphery, which can beautify the environment, purify the air and reduce noise.

As a law student, I have studied for a year. To be honest, I don't know what I am studying and why I want to study this. And this experience-a month of court life, let me realize the true value of fairness and justice.
Sometimes, I wonder if I will be the legendary child who will never grow up. Because I found that, really, I am still young and frivolous, and I don't know the taste of sadness.
In order to pass the interview and enter the court practice smoothly, I pondered the answers to his possible questions at home the day before. For example: "Why do you want to go to the court for an internship?" Then I will not hesitate to say, "Solve disputes, uphold justice and realize the due value of a legal person."
The next day, I arrived at the court all the way nervously and excitedly. Looking closely, the gate is solemn, and two stone lions stand tall next to it. The whole court was shrouded in a veil of strict hierarchy. I can't help it, a burst of fear.
After seeing the "No Parking at the Gate" sign, I managed to find a place to park my car. As soon as I walked to the gate, the doorman asked me at a distance, "What do you do?" "I'm looking for the dean!" I answered with confidence. "Which dean are you looking for?" "Ah ..." Still. "Oh, how many presidents will there be in a court?" I want to know. "Then what do you want?" "I'm a college student, and I'm here as an intern." "Oh, well, come and sit down first. We go to work at three o'clock in the afternoon. It's not time yet. Please wait here. " I can't help it This is the only way.
Not long after, a leader-looking man passed by the gate. The doorman said to me, "This is our headmaster Ji. Go and have a look." Seeing that he had gone away, I rushed over, and he obviously noticed something. Looking back, I hurried forward, but I didn't know what to say at once. "Hello, President Ji." "Hello, what can I do for you?" He answered gently. "I'm here for an internship." "Oh, this matter, you go to the political department." "Ok, thank you." I have to go back to the reception room.
Finally, at about 2: 50, someone from the political department went to work. The door is unlocked. I knocked at the door and went in. After explaining the situation, he said, "OK, I will report to the leader. If possible, I'll call you these two days. " And I imagine that the problem of job application has not been mentioned at all, and I can't help but feel sad. Call me if you can, which is obviously a euphemism for refusal. Oh, that's impossible. I left the court like a vegetable.
The disillusionment of longing is like fireworks in full bloom. After a flash of glitz, there is nothing left, leaving lonely memories and self-pity.
When I got home, I slept like a log. "Hum, what's the big deal, don't leave the leaves here, leave the leaves in place. I'll look again. Bah. " I thought about it, and if we say that we are professional counterparts, there are two state organs, the procuratorate and the judicial bureau. Just as I was wondering which unit to look for first, the phone rang. "Is this Chen Haihang? I'm from the court ... "Oh, really, can I go to work in the court? The unexpected harvest came so unexpectedly that I was a little confused.
On July 5th, I officially started my first day of court life and was assigned to work in the Political Department. I don't know what it is, but I vaguely feel that my work seems to have nothing to do with the trial of the case.
Wow, I didn't expect to work in the place where I interviewed the day before. Maybe fate is so simple and magical. When I walk into the office, everything is strange, so everything I do is fresh and naturally hard. Everyone was very polite to me as a novice, and the waiter didn't ask me to do anything. On the first day, I spent almost all my time looking through the materials. After three to five days of acquaintance, they seem to regard me as one of them, and the address has changed directly from "little girl" to "Xiao Chen". If you need any help, they naturally arrange for me to go. Although the workload suddenly increased a lot, I was very happy. Because I finally stopped visiting here.
This state lasted for about half a month. Every day, I seem to go to work, go to work and get off work as usual, just like an office worker. To my relief, my colleagues in the office took good care of me. Due to the nature of my department, I can get in touch with almost everyone in the hospital, and everyone has given me unanimous approval for my work.
In the third week of work, when I arrived at the stadium as usual, my steps were obviously much softer and I was exhausted. At first, when the fresh and curious beautiful coat faded, my work was as dull as boiling water. I have to admit, I am a little tired.
Fortunately, I am a persistent person, so I won't make the mistake of "doing a hundred things is half the battle". Go to work on time every day and complete the work assigned by the leaders wholeheartedly. Although there is no enthusiasm at first, the files are still in order, the documents are issued verbatim, and the office is in good order. I'm glad I made it.
Things can't always be perfect, and I've met things that embarrass me. On one occasion, all my colleagues in the office went out for an exam. Early in the morning, the director called me, handed me a key and said to me, "Xiao Chen, please print this manuscript according to the above amendments and hurry up." The dean is in a hurry to use it in the afternoon. " "Oh" I crustily skin of head, but I know how difficult it is to finish a ten-page manuscript in three hours at my typing speed. Moreover, I learned the handsome words of the dean, which is much more difficult than learning famous calligraphy posts, but there is still room for manoeuvre in this situation. As a result, it is conceivable that the director had to find a clerk in the courtyard before the manuscript was finally completed.
Of course, this matter is entirely due to my lack of ability, but there is one thing that I have always felt wronged when I think about it. The superior organizes a "four-five-year law popularization" exam every year. Because the exam time was temporarily changed, I was alone in the office. After receiving the call, I immediately called the reference staff and made a report in time before leaving work. The next day, as soon as I stepped into the office, I was suddenly scolded: "What's wrong with you? Didn't you say that all the notices were in place? Why didn't anyone take the exam today? " I was stunned by this series of sudden questions. "I ..." My voice obviously felt strange, and I choked. After a pause, I want to defend myself, because I am not wrong, but what can I say?
Just as all plays always end in curtain calls, my court life also ends in a hurry in a torn calendar. No matter how humble the play is and how pitiful the girl is, please give us more respect and care, because the girl is growing up. Maybe time will gradually wear away her spirit, but the balance above her head and the fertile soil under her feet will make her ordinary stone shine with metal light.

I came to Zhoujia Village, Cuijiaji Town, pingdu city with the team of Qingdao Ocean University Engineering College for social practice. This is a rare experience for me who lived in the city since I was a child. In just five days, I felt a strong atmosphere of rural life and had a lot of feelings.
Zhoujia Village is a well-known civilized village, with cultivated land 1.550 mu, farmers' 200 mu and 230 households with 800 people, including party member 19 people. The fixed assets of the village are 6.5438+0.2 million, and the per capita annual income of the village is about 3,800 yuan. Living in the nearby countryside is a rich level. Since 1974 took office, Zhou Wei has devoted himself to the work in the village, bringing many benefits to the village, and earth-shaking changes have taken place in the village. Speaking of the village chief Zhou, all the men, women and children in the village gave thumbs up.
After entering the village, the first thing that caught my attention was neat roads and neat houses, as well as persimmon trees on both sides of the road, which had both economic benefits and beautified the environment, which was quite different from the countryside I imagined. After being integrated into the village, you can deeply feel that the security situation in the village is quite good. Rich economy and peaceful life, it is no exaggeration to say that living and working in peace and contentment is my first impression of Zhoujiacun.
According to the village leaders, the main income of the village comes from planting, in which the income per mu of 200 mu orchard can reach about 4000 yuan, while the income per mu of pepper can reach 1 10,000 yuan. However, when we asked if there were any enterprises and projects in the village, the village leaders told us their difficulties: a timber factory was put into operation in the village a few years ago, but it disappeared in the village within three years because of losses year after year, and the idea of going to the project several times later died because of the lack of funds and technology (especially skills and talents).
Talent and education have left a deep imprint on my heart. In the process of teaching children in the next few days, this brand is also deepening day by day.
The school is not big, but the classroom is bright and the desks are incomplete. Compared with remote mountainous areas, it satisfies children. But it is very different from the primary school in the city where I grew up. The learning environment here cannot be described by a good word just because children have to move their stools home after class every day. But I was deeply moved by the children's unique enthusiasm and seriousness about learning. They almost want us to teach them everything we know in five days.
In the communication with children, I learned that they all want to be college students and scientists, and they are full of curiosity and yearning for the unknown world outside. But when I asked them if they would come back later, almost all the children were silent. Maybe they are still primary school students and have not understood the meaning of my question. May always accompany them to college, and going to big cities will affect them. None of the children said that they would go back to their hometown.
Talent and education echoed in my mind again.
A friend once told me a true story. There is a student from a poor mountain village in a key middle school in a province who studies very hard. There is a word at his bedside that inspires him to study, only nine words: don't forget! You are a rural hukou! ! !
Hearing this, my heart is heavy. The great difference between urban and rural areas in China has caused an extreme mistake in educational concept. Under the pressure of rural hukou and living environment, rural children almost exhausted all their energy to study the college entrance examination in order to get rid of the backward environment and realize their dreams of a better life. But these village officials were admitted and became college students? How many of them have returned to their less affluent hometown and devoted themselves to construction? Everyone yearns for a better life, which is understandable, but what is left in the village? The names of several college students are just an illusory honor. Talent is still scarce and life is still poor.
This talent flow exists not only between rural areas and cities, but also between small cities and big cities, between backward areas and developed areas, even between western and eastern China, and between domestic and foreign countries.
Children's thoughts and practices do not come from their own thinking, but mostly from the words and deeds of parents and teachers. In a chat with an old man, the old man told us that he had two sons and two daughters, both of whom went to the city. When talking about his grandson, the old man proudly told us that his eldest grandson has just been admitted to the top ten of a key high school in a province and will go to universities, famous universities and big cities in the future! The old man's smile made me feel the urgency of my parents' desire for success. I asked the old man if he had thought about letting his grandson go back to his hometown to support the construction of his hometown. The old man said: the village is too bitter. Why come back when you can go outside? Who doesn't want their children to live a better life!
As far as the living standard of Zhoujia Village is concerned, this village should belong to the ranks of the rich. The villagers in Zhoujia Village don't want their children to come back, so you can imagine the situation in other poor villages.
The key to Zhoujiacun's prosperity lies in the cooperation with South Korea on 200 mu of efficient farmland. In fact, this is not only the objective income of the village, but also the use of labor. Koreans produce seeds, technology, labor and land in the village. After harvesting, Koreans recycle all fruits and seeds, and the rewards paid to the village are only a tiny part of their income. But also stipulates that no fruits and seeds can be left in the village, otherwise hell to pay. This is a complete deception of labor, but with our knowledge, we just can't grasp the key technology. And for this considerable income, we have to accept this kind of technical deception from Koreans. What is the reason? Lack of talent! ! Imagine that if there are such a group of talented people with rich agricultural knowledge in the village, we can completely master Korean technology and use it for us. Then all the proceeds will go to ourselves. The village will be much richer than it is now!
Children are eager for knowledge, and villages also need talents and technology. However, some objective realities have changed our educational concept and caused brain drain. Since the reform and opening up 20 years ago, people's thoughts have made great progress, and more and more people have realized the importance of education. In an interview with Zhoujiacun, we learned that 80% of families regard their children's education expenses as the most important expenditure in the next few years. After the funds are more secure than in the past, our support for rural education is not only financial, but also educational talents and educational concepts. Children need not only knowledge, but also the truth of being a man and the concept of adapting to the development of the times and the overall situation. As college students in the new era, we have the responsibility and obligation to do our best to support rural education!
I saw and heard a lot in the process of going to the countryside, but I think the most important thing is education. Science and technology are the primary productive forces! In the new period, rural education still faces many problems, and solving these problems will greatly promote rural development.

Adhering to the purpose of "practicing true knowledge, improving myself, serving the society and building harmony", I chose social research activities as my practice content this winter vacation. As we all know, law is a weapon for us to safeguard our legitimate rights and interests. Only by making full use of the law can we protect our legitimate rights and interests, and having legal awareness and knowledge is the premise of using the law. As senior talents with professional knowledge in 2 1 century, are college students sound in legal awareness? So I surveyed 50 foreign universities (non-undergraduate law majors) who stayed in Shantou University for the New Year.
First, research methods, questionnaire survey
The investigation time is February 10 every year. With the help of my high school classmates, I conducted a questionnaire survey on 50 foreign college students who didn't go home for the New Year in Shantou University. The survey method is to fill in the questionnaire anonymously, analyze the survey results manually and draw the survey conclusion.
Second, the survey results
Through the questionnaire survey, we have a basic understanding of college students' legal consciousness. The survey is as follows:
(1), you grew up in ()
A, rural 74% b, urban 26%
In all your experiences, have you ever solved disputes through legal channels? ( )
A, 18% b, no 82%
As can be seen from the above data, the legal awareness of most college students is not good. When their clients' rights and interests are infringed, they don't solve the problem through legal channels, but have the idea of "forget it" and "count themselves unlucky". This phenomenon is more obvious among college students who grew up in rural areas.
(3), can you distinguish between illegal and criminal? ( )
A, can be 24% b, not necessarily 14% c, can be 62% at most.
(4) What do you think are the main problems in your current legal study?
A, know legal knowledge but can't actually use 32%
B, lack of legal knowledge 40%
C, can use legal knowledge to solve practical problems 28%
5. Do you pay attention to national legislative activities or legal reports? ( )
A, often 12% b, occasionally 74% c, never 14%.
As can be seen from the above data, only 12%, that is, 6 people (50 respondents) often pay attention to national legislative activities or legal reports, 14%, that is, 7 people say they never pay attention to the law, which shows that college students pay little attention to the law, and they think that as long as they abide by the law and do not break the law, the law is far from them.
[6], do you know that the longest probation period stipulated in the labor law is ()?
A, 22% b for three months, 48% c for six months and 30% for one year.
According to China's labor law, the probation period shall not exceed six months. However, according to the survey, 52% of college students don't know that this problem is related to their employment after graduation, which shows that college students don't know much about the legal knowledge closely related to it.
Once, what do you think the role of law in life is ()?
First, it is very important, and it is an effective means to safeguard rights and interests 32%
More importantly, sometimes trying to solve the problem by law 42%.
C, generally important, do not use the law 26%.
D, unimportant 0%

On October 9th, 2006/KLOC-0, we set out to learn to walk with excitement. We will carry out our social practice activities as toddlers. Through the distribution of leaflets and questionnaires, face-to-face communication with peasant comrades, I learned about the living habits of local people seriously, and took photos to record the living conditions of rural people under the new rural construction.
I found many problems when we did the questionnaire survey, and found that there were many problems in China in terms of cultural education and ideological education besides agricultural names.
I. Literacy should continue.
When we sent out a questionnaire survey, we found that many middle-aged peasant friends could not read. They took a questionnaire and reported that we couldn't read. What shall we do? We college students are very shocked by this sentence. The state attaches great importance to the construction of new countryside. The construction of new countryside needs rural people to actively develop rural production by using the preferential policies of the state. Whether it is the important documents issued by the state or the scientific and technological support given by the state to rural areas, farmers need to have certain cultural literacy, but if they don't even know the most basic words, these farmers obviously can't keep up with the times.
Second, continue to strengthen ideological education.
In the process of our questionnaire, when we asked if we knew the national policy on new rural construction in recent years, many people shook their heads to show that they didn't know. When we talked about the construction of rural houses and the exemption of agricultural taxes by the state, they realized that these policies originally belonged to the construction of new countryside, but they didn't systematically understand the national new rural policies at ordinary times. Explain that it is necessary to strengthen systematic ideological education at ordinary times, so that they can systematically understand national policies, so that they can better understand policies and better serve farmers.
At the same time, we also found that the left-behind people in rural areas are all elderly people, while most young people go out to work. These older farmers usually have no economy and usually live only on their own vegetables. We think it is worthy of our attention to write about the living conditions of farmers.
The day's practical activities passed quickly. In this day's activities, we had face-to-face contact with farmers, and we got to know them better and their difficulties.
