What essential items do you need to bring when hiking lightly in summer? What should be paid attention to in equipment selection?
For me who love hiking, I have too much say in the necessary items for hiking in summer. Hiking is a very healthy thing. I hope the following recommendations can help you go hiking easily.

I. Selection of hiking clothes and equipment 1. Clothing selection

It's hot in summer, so my personal choices are mostly cycling pants and quick-drying T-shirts. Because I personally walk mainly in yoga pants, which are more comfortable and won't restrain me from walking and so on. There is also a collocation, that is, overalls and a vest with a chest pad on the top. This kind of collocation will give people a cool feeling.

2, sunscreen clothing

Whether you choose a vest or a quick-drying T-shirt, you must bring sunscreen. It is impossible to take a sun umbrella when hiking in summer. It's too heavy for you to take an umbrella when hiking. You're probably tired before you finish walking. Therefore, you must bring sunscreen clothing, and you should also pay attention to choosing sunscreen clothing. Don't choose a long sunscreen. Although it can protect some legs from sunburn, long sunscreen clothing has certain resistance, which will make you more cumbersome and easy to get tired. These are all lessons of blood. Short sunscreens dissipate heat faster, so be sure to choose light and thin ones. There is no sense of existence when folded up and put in the bag.

3. Mountaineering backpack

In the choice of backpack, in fact, I also pay attention to a lightweight. You don't have to choose how big it is. The main consideration is that the backpack fits better on the body, has a better three-dimensional effect and is not easy to fold.

4, hiking shoes+stockings

Be sure to choose hiking shoes! Be sure to choose hiking shoes, which can be classified as hiking shoes, you can look at the soles, the soles have small teeth, and the grip will be stronger. More importantly, I must wear stockings that exceed the neck of my shoes. I remember once wearing a pair of socks because I was afraid of heat. Later, halfway through the hike, the heel was ground to powder, and after some grass-deep places, the ankle was cut by grass several times. Another time, when crossing a thin piece of mud, the shoes sank in and could not be pulled out because they had no grip. So hiking shoes and stockings must be chosen.

5. Sun protection hat

Sunscreen hat is also necessary for me, because it is impossible to take an umbrella on foot in summer. It is enough for me to cover my face with a hat. But there is one drawback. After sweating, my hair sticks to my forehead. I dare not take off my hat when hiking. Ha ha ha, I'm afraid I'm too ugly.

6. Quick-drying headscarf

If you are afraid of what I said above, you can choose a quick-drying headscarf to avoid sweating. Just choose a quick-drying headscarf, it won't cover your face. However, there is another option, that is, wear a quick-drying headscarf first, and then wear a sunscreen hat. This is the best choice, but inevitably, it will be a little hot.

7, trekking poles

Looking at the road condition selection area, if the hiking section is relatively flat and the terrain is simple, you can do without trekking poles. After all, trekking poles are also heavy. If the terrain is complex and the road is climbing, the trekking pole is still very useful, especially when going downhill, a support is not easy to fall and get injured, and the effect will come out by taking some thin mud roads or uphill roads.

Second, food articles can actually be arranged according to your own preferences, but here I mainly recommend some necessary items based on my own experience.

Whether you bring other snacks you like or not, I suggest you bring some bread, compressed biscuits, small bags of beef jerky, chocolate, sugar and water bags, and finally paper towels. Bread, compressed biscuits and beef jerky are used to replenish energy when you are tired on foot, and a strong sense of fullness does not occupy the position of the backpack; Chocolate and sugar are aimed at sweating too much when walking in summer, so as to replenish sugar in time to avoid hypoglycemia and dizziness; Finally, water is needless to say. If you sweat too much, you must replenish it in time.

Third, other 1, sunscreen spray

Sunscreen is ok, but I'm too lazy. I may get tired on the road and don't want to wear sunscreen, so I choose sunscreen spray, which saves time and effort.

2. First aid kit

To be on the safe side, take some basic drugs such as band-AIDS, gauze and disinfectant alcohol, not too much, and give priority to emergencies.

3. Anti-mosquito spray

You must bring it! I have type O blood, and I really attract mosquitoes. In addition, I am afraid of the heat and don't like to wear pants, so I must do a good job of mosquito prevention when walking, or my legs will be covered with thorns.

4, charging treasure

You must bring it! Personally, charging treasure is a must. Although you don't have to use a mobile phone to walk, it may be because of the beautiful scenery on the road and the fast power consumption of taking pictures, so as to avoid the battery of your mobile phone and the urgent need for you. Be sure to protect your every step.

5. Wet tissue

Wet tissue is very important to me, whether it's wiping my sweaty body or touching my palm, especially if I'm crawling one second and want to eat the next, the use of wet tissue may not be clean.

These are some recommendations from my personal experience. I hope they are useful to you.
