Darouzong
Jiaozi with minced meat is one of the traditional foods. Zongzi weighs about 200-300 grams and contains glutinous rice, pork and mung beans, sausages, chestnuts and shredded bamboo shoots.
Main raw materials: glutinous rice, mung bean, pork belly, zongye, brown rope, salt, oil and monosodium glutamate.
Egg yolk zongzi
Ingredients: glutinous rice, fresh pork belly, salted egg yolk and zongye.
Seasoning: oyster sauce, soy sauce, light soy sauce, Meiji chicken powder, Meijia umami juice, Jiang Mo and spiced powder.
Exercise:
1. Prepare materials for making egg yolk zongzi. Pork belly is cooked according to your favorite taste, and brown leaves are soaked.
2. After the palm leaves are soaked, wrap them up and make a funnel.
3. Put glutinous rice and stuffing, rice on both sides, egg yolk and pork belly in the middle.
Dazao jiaozi
The main raw materials are: glutinous rice and candied dates; Palm leaves, water and salt;
Exercise:
Wash glutinous rice and candied dates; Blanch the raw leaves with boiling water, fold them into a triangular funnel shape, add a little glutinous rice and compact them slightly, and wrap them with candied dates.
