Five large-scale sports venues, such as the Municipal Sports Center Gymnasium, Luzhou Cultural and Sports Center, Xiangyuan County Gymnasium, Qinyuan County Gymnasium and Huguan County Cultural and Sports Museum, which enjoy the central financial subsidies, are open to the public free of charge all the year round, with opening hours exceeding 50 hours per week, opening hours exceeding 330 days throughout the year, and opening hours exceeding 10 hour per day on public holidays, legal holidays and school winter and summer vacations.

Outdoor public areas and outdoor fitness equipment are open to the public 24 hours a year.
