Wugong Temple 1
Wugong Temple is located at the junction of Haikou and Qiongshan Fucheng, about 5 kilometers away from the city center. It was built to commemorate five famous historical figures who were demoted to Hainan in the Tang and Song Dynasties: Li Deyu, Li Gang, Li Guang, Zhao Ding and Hu Quan, a famous minister in the Tang Dynasty, hence the name.
Wugong Hall is a group of ancient buildings, including Wugong Hall, Sugong Hall, Guanjia Hall, Xuepu Hall, Wugong Jingshe, Qiongyuan and so on, with a construction area of more than 2,800 square meters. Together with gardens, springs and ponds, the total area is about 65,438+000 mu. It is close to downtown, unique and quiet, and is known as "Qiongtai Scenic Spot", "Yinghai Humanities" and "Harmony".
2. Hairui Tomb
Hairui Cemetery is a cemetery built to commemorate the Ming Dynasty official Hairui. It was built in the 17th year of Wanli in Ming Dynasty (1589). The emperor sent Xu Ziwei to Hainan to supervise the construction. It is said that when Harry's coffin was transported to the present grave for burial, the rope carrying it suddenly broke. People thought this was Harry's choice of a treasure trove of geomantic omen, so they buried it on the spot. Throughout the cemetery, green grass, lush coconut trees and bamboo are evergreen in Song Bailv.
3. Qiongtai Academy
Qiongtai Academy is located in the campus of Qiongtai Teachers College in Haikou City, about 4 kilometers away from the city center, which is a typical Lingnan architectural layout.
The main building "Kuixing Building" is a brick-wood structure with blue tiles and red corridors, which is well preserved. On the plaque on the first floor, it says "Talking about learning", and there is a couplet "Old trees are tender, branches come in spring", and a couplet "Cultivating withered and healthy qi, educating talents" is added at the door. On the second floor, there is Zhang Jiao's bedroom on one side, his study on the other side and Zhang Jiao's living room in the middle. The whole building is carved with beams and painted with buildings, and the trees are shaded. In the courtyard, there are two statues of Zhang Yuemao and Xie Bao, the number one scholar in the college.
4. Holiday Beach
Holiday Beach is located in the north of the strip park on the west bank of Binhai Avenue in Haikou City, starting from Xixiu Beach in the east and ending at Wuyuan Estuary in the west. It is about 6.2 kilometers long and covers an area of 54 hectares (excluding beaches and sea areas). Distance to Haikou City 1 1 km.
The left edge is a lush ephedra forest belt, which is dotted with resorts, hotels, playgrounds, etc. On the right is Qiongzhou Strait, blue and blue. The ship shuttled through the sea, ploughing silver and splashing jade. Here, sunshine, sea water, beaches and coconut trees form a beautiful and moving picture of nature. The whole beach is divided into beach bathing area, marine sports area, marine catering culture area and leisure resort, which is the most representative seaside tourism and leisure resort in Haikou.
5. Volcano Group World Geopark
The park is located in Shishan Town and Yongxing Town in the southwest of Haikou, about 15km away from the city center. There are more than 40 Quaternary volcanoes with diverse types, rich lava landscapes and strange lava tunnels, which are really rare volcanic wonders.
