If you are an instrument technician, you should do comprehensive exercises with small weight. Do the chest, back, legs, shoulders and two or three heads with a small weight meter, which is a group. Then take a break and do it again. Do five groups. This is all restorative training. You can add a lot after three days' practice. This will be gradual and will not lead to injury.
Whether doing aerobic or anaerobic, we should make full warm-up preparations to prevent injuries. Don't do a lot of exercise as soon as you come up.
