If you used to do only aerobic exercise, you'd better start with jogging or brisk walking, not too fast, and you can resume your previous exercise for 40 minutes every day for one week.

If you are an instrument technician, you should do comprehensive exercises with small weight. Do the chest, back, legs, shoulders and two or three heads with a small weight meter, which is a group. Then take a break and do it again. Do five groups. This is all restorative training. You can add a lot after three days' practice. This will be gradual and will not lead to injury.

Whether doing aerobic or anaerobic, we should make full warm-up preparations to prevent injuries. Don't do a lot of exercise as soon as you come up.
