Even if you know some of them, you should calm down and listen carefully and practice every movement in place instead of trying to finish it quickly. That's self-deception, and it's irresponsible for your body. Because irregular movements will hurt all parts of the knee.

Then say some girls' understanding. Many girls will blindly pursue weight, diet and skip meals. Long-term dieting will cause various problems in your stomach, followed by your own body. Because I have a deep understanding of chronic non-atrophic gastritis, I should eat three meals a day on time, and breakfast is of course more important if I exercise. And I don't drink milk tea and carbonated drinks all the year round, and I don't touch fatty and greasy things. I think it will be very uncomfortable to eat it in my stomach.

The reason why I have achieved little is that I am lazy and it is difficult to persist. I believe this is a problem that many people have. I don't pursue the ultimate fitness effect myself. For me, fitness is to enrich my life and make my body and function healthier in all aspects. You can't eat Chili, tasteless fitness meals, two meals a day or nothing. It may look delicious, but it really tastes like chewing wax in your mouth. When you do this every day for 365 days, you will collapse. You say you love meat, but three meals a day are the same. You will get tired of it one day. I don't teach to mislead others. It's just that in my mind, fitness is for a better life, not to show off your figure in a circle of friends, just be happy.

Regarding eating, I suggest eating more healthy and organic things and staying away from junk food as much as possible. However, when you are in a good mood, you can also treat yourself and eat some cookies. At this time, you don't have to torture yourself, wondering whether you can eat or not, and whether you will get fat after eating. Enjoy it. A small dessert will enhance your happiness at that time. After dinner, roll up your sleeves and practice hard in the gym. Maybe you will say, why? But that's why I like being a demon.

Fitness is very important in my life. It will make my originally chaotic life routine regular. I don't stay up late anymore. Training every day makes it easy for me to fall asleep at night. I can get up early in the morning and have a delicious breakfast instead of having no morning all the year round. Fitness can make your day full of energy and work more efficiently.

When I was in a bad mood, I always suppressed myself and didn't want to talk to others. In this era full of positive energy chicken soup, talking to others will bring negative energy to others and affect their emotions. This is a fact, not a lie. The reason why we don't want to bring bad things to others is to suppress our emotions and digest them ourselves, which means that bad things accumulate more and more. The gym is not as scary as you think. At first, I will think about what to do if the equipment doesn't work. Will someone laugh at me? Will you not get along well with others? Later, I went there and found that every fitness partner would be very enthusiastic. Forgive me for being slow. Every class will be interesting, not boring when you and I don't understand. Even if I can't go to class with my friends because of my schedule, I am still very happy to see them chatting in the group every day. It's gratifying to watch them become what they like little by little.

Don't think that private education is expensive. The most expensive person is always himself. Maybe you will say that I am rich, and I will tell you that if I have no money, I will be a poor student, but in order to learn more, I will use my specialty to earn money first, and then invest the earned money in my study. With a good figure, you don't have to envy anyone when you go shopping. You can proudly lift every dress you like. You will also look more energetic and younger than your peers after fitness. It may not be obvious for a day or two. After a long time, you will find that all your sweat, all your efforts and all your investment will return to your best self.
