At present, one of the important reasons for teachers' job burnout is
Job burnout has become a common problem in many industries, and teachers are no exception. There are many reasons for job burnout. As far as the education industry is concerned, there are the following reasons:

First, the repetitive work for a long time makes the work lack the necessary freshness.

As an intellectual, the profession of teacher always gives people an impression of being above others. Walking into any teacher's office, you can see piles of students' homework to be corrected, various teaching books and thick teaching plans, which are always piled up on their desks. Drawers are also full of endless forms, endless experiences and summaries.

I have been preparing the same lesson plan for decades, attending almost the same class and speaking the same sentence. Many people's early nine to five, in the teacher here, has become early five to nine. Some teachers are so busy that they don't even care about their children.

Second, the work pressure is huge, and the safety of students makes teachers walk on thin ice.

First of all, academic performance is a headache for many teachers. Now it is more and more difficult for students to teach, to attend classes and to manage students. However, the school's requirements for teachers are constantly improving, which makes many teachers exhausted and it is difficult to improve their teaching effect.

In the past, teachers had certain disciplinary methods for students who refused to change their teaching. Now it's called corporal punishment, and it's illegal to use the previous method. Parents can sue you, and the school must deal with you and even bear criminal responsibility. But it's just reasonable. Is it useful? Moreover, there are strict requirements in educating students' language, and they cannot contain insulting content such as insults and abuse. When criticizing and educating students, we must think carefully to avoid future troubles.

What future trouble? That is, students can't have any accidents, or teachers can't get away with it. As a parent, it is not easy to manage a child, but teachers face dozens or even hundreds of children every day. Who can guarantee that there will be no mistakes? Once something goes wrong, you will be punished, otherwise you will lose your job. The feeling of walking on thin ice exhausted the teachers.

Third, the salary is not high, and the evaluation of professional titles has become a worry.

Teachers' salaries are generally not high, especially in economically underdeveloped areas. Wage income determines the quality of life of teachers. If the quality of life does not go up, the enthusiasm of teachers will be affected. Some teachers who are not satisfied with the status quo will even try to run remedial classes for their students privately to make up for the financial shortage. If this situation continues, some teachers will lose interest in their work.

Professional title evaluation was originally an incentive policy to improve teachers' enthusiasm. But in reality, due to the limitation of space and too many human factors, most teachers have missed it. Professional title evaluation has become a chicken rib to dispel teachers' enthusiasm.

Fourth, the performance evaluation mechanism is not perfect, which leads to unfair evaluation.

The evaluation of teachers' performance should be carried out from the aspects of teaching achievements, assessment of teachers' morality and style, teaching and scientific research achievements, and the completion of continuing learning tasks. Every semester or academic year, these statistical results will focus on the school management for comprehensive evaluation. Comprehensive grades are often not as flattering as flattery, and good teaching results are not as good as cheating. This unfair evaluation has made many teachers feel uncomfortable.

You can put on clothes in cold weather, and people who are chilling will have no motivation.

Fifth, there is no management mode, and the incentive measures are ineffective.

The quality of a school depends on its management. The core of management is the principal. A headmaster who can manage and have a long-term vision will make a school have a soul and teachers full of passion. The education in Rugao, Jiangsu Province is a good example, and their principal management concept is worth learning. There is a saying in their school motto that "Confucianism is respected and education is valued". They realize that teachers are the protagonists of the school and the real driving force for its development. They set up a special lounge for teachers on campus, which contains free coffee and drinks, as well as listening to music, sports and reading. They can think what the teacher thinks, worry about the teacher's urgency, and wholeheartedly create a good educational environment for the teacher.

And many schools still can't do this. Management, muddle along, no long-term development vision. In some rural schools, some principals have even become local tyrants, ignoring teachers at all. The incentive system exists in name only, and the principal has the final say. This is also one of the reasons for the loss of rural teachers.

There are many reasons for teachers' job burnout. These aspects mentioned above should be the prominent reasons. Of course, these phenomena will not last. At present, many policies on education reform are about to be introduced, and the teachers' law is also being revised.

I believe that in the future education reform, job burnout will no longer be a stumbling block to teachers' career.
