Therefore, if this continues for a long time, you will become more and more lazy and unwilling to exercise.
In fact, at present, most people like to go out to Little Square or shopping malls for exercise, including square dancing and walking, which is also a form of fitness. Many young people enter the gym to meet the needs of muscle exercise. I suggest that women practice yoga more, which can not only cultivate their self-cultivation, but also improve their physical fitness. This is killing two birds with one stone.
