Today I'm going to jump on the last day of the third week of the second month. Now only about 70 videos can be completed in the second month. I changed it a few days ago and jumped for a day. I really feel so relaxed that I can finish more than 90 without pressure. Now my weight is 140, and I have lost 12 Jin, and I feel very good.
