Under the background of Xiamen's great development and construction, the city's women and children's activity center can actively respond to the government's call, think about what the government thinks and worry about the urgent needs of the masses, constantly enrich and develop the connotation of the activity center, actively explore business, and comprehensively carry out "skills training", "quality training", "off-campus training" and various public welfare activities, and the two benefits are constantly improving.

Free training for military wives, cooperation between Xiamen and Zhangzhou, skills training for counterpart assistance, holding a series of public welfare activities such as "1+ 1" group entrepreneurship meeting, "working girls" and "military wives" special job fairs. More than 5,000 laid-off workers were trained and more than 3,000 jobs were recommended. Give full play to the role of "continuing education base for professional and technical personnel" and train more than 4,000 junior and intermediate accounting and computer talents. In addition, it also developed high-quality training courses such as psychological counselors, nutritionists, family education tutors and the first real estate planner in the province, and recruited more than 800 students, with an average passing rate of over 80%. The quality of teaching has been affirmed, which has provided and trained a large number of senior talents for the society. As a brand project of the activity center, housekeeping has trained more than 3000 domestic workers. The comprehensive courses offered by the children's off-campus education department include piano, chess, books, painting, dance, etc. 16 courses, with more than 900 classes. While doing a good job in strengthening the headquarters of the activity center, we actively played a leading role in radiation, and the business of the women's garden branch in cooperation with Tongan Women and Children Center also developed steadily. Organize more than 20 large, medium and small activities every year, including the end of various courses in the park, various competitive competitions, annual student art examination, dance grading examination, summer camp and so on. , and plans to hold public lectures and weekend film screenings, which are well received by the public. Subordinate art troupes have been invited to participate in national provincial, municipal and district competitions for many times and achieved good results. The activity center set up a help center in February 2005. The "Helping Center" has successively entered some vulnerable groups that need social care, such as Xiamen Welfare Institute, Tongxin Children's Home, Tongan Yunpu Chunlei Primary School and Tongan Yangcuopu Village. It has helped more than 500 people and donated hundreds of thousands of yuan worth of materials, which made people in poor areas feel caring and warm, and at the same time actively responded to the "love to help orphans" action of the Municipal Women's Federation and the Municipal Charity Federation.
