First of all, the gasket you mentioned is not made in Bai Gang. Carbon steel and manganese steel are common in the market. If it is soft, it is defective Q235 and must not be used. It takes 22 or 24 elastic pads to make a 6 kg double-ring whip. Of course it can be adjusted according to the length requirements. I use a double-ring whip to match my toys for fitness. It is recommended to try the hardness of the spring pad when buying. The softer the wire, the better. Don't use it. Try to use famous brands. Most of the spring pads on the market are boiled black, and a few are plated with white zinc or yellow zinc. I haven't seen electroplating yet.
