Urine after exercise
No problem, exercise produces urine protein,

There is a trace of protein in normal urine, and the content of protein in children's urine is often calculated as ≤ 4 mg/(m2 h). See Table 27- 12 for the normal upper limit of each age group.

Table 27- 12 Normal Upper Limit of Urine Protein

Normal upper limit of age mg /24 hours

2 ~ 65438+February 155

3 ~ 4 years old 140

4 ~ 10 years old 190

10 ~ 16 years old 250

Generally, there is no gender difference, and girls before puberty excrete more protein in their urine. When it exceeds the normal upper limit, it is abnormal. When it is ≥ 40 mg/(m2 h), some people call it proteinuria within the scope of nephropathy.

In view of the difficulty of children's regular urinary retention, in recent years, the ratio of urinary protein to urinary creatinine has been randomly determined. If calculated by the ratio of mg/mg, the normal upper limit value is 0.2. On this basis, the total urine protein can be estimated, and the calculation formula is:

Urinary protein [g/(m2 h)] = 0.63× urinary protein (mg/dl)/ urinary creatinine (mg/dl).
