How old did you start exercising?
This depends on personal circumstances.

There is no law about how old you can't exercise, just kidding.

Most people have been working out since kindergarten. We jump rope and do sports. Playing ball, playing ball, is all about fitness.

I guess, you may want to ask at what age it is better to start practicing muscles.

Our teacher said:/kloc-Before the age of 0/8, we should run more, practice more heart and lungs, jump more and be tall. After 18 years old, your boy won't grow up very big. It doesn't matter if you start practicing muscles at that time, because muscle training requires a lot of load.

I think before 18 years old, you can do some light weight strength training first, but put some pressure on your legs to stimulate them to grow taller.

16 years old. First, I did push-ups, sit-ups, freehand squats and dumbbell bends. That's all.

Complete these four movements on the first day, and do only one group for each movement until you are exhausted.

After a while, three movements were added: the goat stood up, lifted sideways, and rowed with dumbbells.

Later, I made three groups of them and finished them in two days. Namely:

Today: push-ups, sit-ups, side lifts, sit-ups.

Tomorrow: Squat with bare hands, dumbbells bend, goats stand up and row with dumbbells.

Do three groups of each movement, practice for two days and take a day off.

That's it.
