Female fitness meal
I am a pole dancing coach. I suggest: breakfast: a cup of warm water+cereal+a cup of yogurt+an egg.

Lunch: yam and corn lean broth (soup first). I don't want to eat after drinking it.

Dinner: fruit salad

Exercise for 2 hours after 6 pm. Body building class+pole dancing class (the most aerobic exercise).

Stick to it for a month and you will see the effect!

Lunch is different every day.
