Responsibilities of the gym manager:
Responsible for presiding over the weekly meeting, one hour at a time, and talking alone once a month (about 30 minutes);
According to the requirements of the company's human resources department, participate in the interview of coaches;
Handle member complaints. Follow up customer service, including members who didn't come for the first appointment and members who haven't used private education for a long time;
Supervise the attendance sheet and personal training record sheet of the coaching department, check the dress and instrument of the employees, and check the use of the equipment; Supervise the implementation of private education courses to prevent private education;
Check the personal trainer's teaching situation, and supervise the working procedures and professional skills;
Collect and summarize work reports;
Assign members according to the principles of fairness, justice and openness and the actual situation;
Sales performance and attendance statistics, personal trainer comprehensive evaluation.
