Put your hips on your hips, step on your legs to relax your whole body and dance with the music. Step forward with your legs and slap your hands forward. Take a few big steps forward with your legs, then lift your left foot, clap your hands and jump forward, choose fast-paced music to jump together, and then continue to jump forward with the beat.
