2. On-site inspection. After receiving the application for filing, each community will conduct on-the-spot inspection on the preparation of the enterprise to resume business within one day, clarify the filing opinions on the spot, and complete the filing on the spot after passing the examination. If the preparatory work is not up to standard, the enterprise shall apply for reinspection after rectification.

3. Approval and filing. All companies and individuals can resume business only after being signed and sealed by the cadres of the two committees in charge of the community and the community director.

Business recovery requirements

1. All returnees should take the initiative to register in the community where the employer is located in time;

2. Before the epidemic has been lifted, teahouses, KTV, gyms, indoor swimming pools (gyms), bathing centers, massage shops, amusement parks, Internet cafes, cinemas, day care centers, education and training institutions, etc. No business shall be resumed, otherwise the legal responsibility of the relevant units or individuals will be investigated;

3. Before the epidemic is lifted, all hotels (hotels) shall not hold any banquets, and employees must have health certificates;

4. Nongjiale (country hotel) shall not resume work during Class I response. Farmhouses that need to provide meals for returning to work should be reported to the street for approval, and lunch boxes should be provided, and dining services should not be provided in other forms or to uncertain objects.
