Many fitness boys have full upper body muscles and high degree of muscle separation. Why are their legs as thin as girls?
There are probably two reasons, one is congenital and the other is acquired.

Congenital is gene, heredity, and natural stovepipe. There's no way to say more here. As a girl, I am envious.

There are many reasons the day after tomorrow. I have observed that most boys have thinner legs, even boys and girls who are equally fat must have much thinner legs. I was curious. Why? With what?

So according to my countless guesses and imaginations, I think there may be the following reasons (purely personal guesses, don't take it seriously, little lovelies).

First of all, because boys' metabolism is faster than girls' and their basic consumption is higher than girls', most of them are not easy to gain weight, that is to say, their muscle content is higher than girls' and their overall fat is not much, so it is normal to have thin legs. 、

The second reason is because you walk too much? But as far as I know, most boys don't like walking very much. Actually, except for a few, so I doubt that walking will make your legs thicker? Of course not! So this reason may vary from person to person.

The third reason is that some boys only practice upper body muscles, not lower body muscles, resulting in thin legs. Maybe some boys just like their thin legs? I'm not saying that boys' thin legs are not good-looking, but that everyone likes different bodies and has different requirements for their own bodies.

So it's a matter of personal preference. I don't think we should force it.

The last reason here may be that boys can't practice their legs, and then they often play basketball, which may make them thin, and basketball players have thin legs.
