When I run, our pace must be rhythmic, and this rhythm should follow our own breathing. Moreover, we'd better not breathe with our mouth when running, which will make our respiratory tract uncomfortable when running because of lack of water, so it's best to breathe with our nose following the pace.
Fourth, don't sit down immediately after running and drink water.
Let yourself breathe quickly to make up for the lack of oxygen in your body. When your breath is stable, you can drink water, but at this time, you'd better not sit down, walk first, let your feet move first, and then sit down when your feet are not very hot.
